Dayparting allows you to schedule your ads on specific days of the week and during certain hours to reach the right audience watching at the right time for your goals.
At the Ad Set level, toggle the dayparting option to “enable” to specify the days of the week and hours of the day you would like to schedule your ads. You can schedule by hour in 1-hour increments. Dayparting is defaulted to Eastern Time Zone.
For example: If you would like an ad to run at 1PM Central Time, you would need to select 12PM Eastern Time.
