Audience Library

The Audience Library is a centralized location within Universal Ads Manager where you can create, view and manage existing audience segments that were created within your ad account.

To access the Audience Library, navigate to the top left menu and select Audiences from the dropdown. 

To upload a new audience, click Create New Audience +.

We support Customer Audiences Lists built directly from

• Customer email lists  
• Connected TV IDs 
• IP addresses 
• Mobile Ad IDs
