Synchronize your Klaviyo data and send audiences directly to Universal Ads. To get started, connect your Klaviyo account to the Universal Ads app using your Universal Ads login. Once connected, Universal Ads can access your Klaviyo data and seamlessly push audiences into your Universal Ads ad account.
You can connect your Klaviyo audiences in two ways:
- From Ads Manager
- From the Klaviyo App Store
Connect Klaviyo from Ads Manager
- Log in to Ads Manager and navigate to the Audience Library from the menu bar.
- Click Create + New Audience
- Select Third Party Audience Integrations
- Select Klaviyo from the list of available integrations.
- You will be redirected to the Klaviyo login authorization page.
- Click Allow to authorize Universal Ads access.
- After returning to Universal Ads, you will see a Connected status in the Audience section of Ads Manager.
Connect Universal Ads from the Klaviyo App Store
- In Klaviyo, locate the Universal Ads listing in the App Store.
- Install the app and log in to your Universal Ads account (or create a new one).
- After logging in, you will be redirected to Ads Manager with a success confirmation and a Connected status.
Import Klaviyo Audiences into Universal Ads
After you connect the accounts, advertisers can import audience segments directly into Universal Ads.
To import audiences from Ads Manager:
- Log in to Ads Manager and navigate to the Audience Library.
- Click Import from Klaviyo.
- If the button does not appear, first complete the Klaviyo connection steps above.
- Select an audience to import (up to 50 total).
- Choose the audience type from the dropdown (Email or IP Address).
- Click Import to finalize the segment.
